Return Policy
A customer can always request to return the order if requested within 3 days of delivery. When returned the product's condition must be first validated to make sure no damage have been done. Once validated ÉLODIE can then send the refund via bank transfer or Instapay.
Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, and product selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. Thank you.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at elodiestudios@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery.
